Ted's Tender Turkey Tips

Boneless, Unstuffed Turkey Breast

Cooking Time: Twenty minutes per pound.

This cooking time will vary de- pending on the size
and thickness of the boneless turkey breast.

Here is a list of what you will need:

I) A roasting pan with a lid (or tin foil) 4) A meat thermometer
2) Chicken bouillon or stock 5) Butcher twine or strong string
3) Vegetable oil (substitute peanut or olive oil if preferred)

Carving: You carve turkey breast in the same fashion as
you would a loaf of bread. Incorrect carving will produce a
tough, stringy turkey breast.
