Ted's Tender Tips Grilling Steak For a succulent steak to grill, choose a steak form either the rib or loin section: Rib Steak, Ribeye, Delmonico, New York Strip, Filet ,T-Bone, Porterhouse or Sirloin. To grill your steak to perfection, I suggest that you season your steak to taste. **Remember - NO SALT** I suggest fresh ground peppercorn, garlic, rosemary or thyme. Preheat grill to maximum heat and cook: Rare - 3 to 4 minutes on each side Medium Rare - 5 minutes on each side Well Done - I suggest you butterfly your steak and cook on each side for 5 to 6 minutes Bon Appetit!
