Ted's Tender Tips Pork Roast Preheat oven to 300°F. Season roast to taste. (I like black pepper, basil and Italian herbs.) Put roast in oven uncovered, in a lightly oiled pan for one hour. Cooking time is approximately 40 minutes per pound. You can't use a meat thermometer if the roast is stuffed. You have to cut into the meat to make sure it's colourless. Not Stuffed - Roast must have in internal temperature of 160°F. Bon Appetit!
